Alternative Healing with Alfred. Episode1
Chatting with Alfred, alternative healer, about Chinese medicine and healing. I caught up with Alfred at a park in the Central Coast and we sat under a tree on a sunny spring morning. We discussed how he got into healing, treating short leg, an explanation of the primitive notion of fight or flight and its effects on the human body and mind. This and more with the benefits of alternative healing. This is the first of many episodes with Alfred on Private Universe.

Welcome to Private Universe - About Us.
Hi friends, todays episode is about the podcast itself, as Seinfeld would say "a podcast about a podcast". I thought it a good idea to welcome you all and explain what Private Universe is all about, the creative and technical sides of it. I will have guests talking about their life and I will also have specialised episodes. In addition, I will have episodes where I go solo taking the opportunity to chat about philosophy, psychology, politics, art and entertainment. I will throw in current issues to keep it relevant and probably get into a bit of trouble.
