Convince Your Brain You Can: Carlos Camacho Psychologist
Because the brain believes everything it receives
you can convince your brain that you can do it.
You can also convince it that you cant.
Whichever choice you make your brain will go with it.
Start with a simple task of tell yourself what you want for that day
if you get a negative thought telling saying you wont achieve it,
that's you giving the instruction to the brain.
Give a new instruction, say it out loud so your brain believes you.

Empieze hoy un ejercicio de reconocer esos pensamientos
y reemplazarlos con pensamientos positivos

En la escritura de alarma escriba "Estoy muy agradecido por la oportunidad de un nuevo día" luego dígalo en voz alta, levantarse y salir a la calle hacer ejercicio. Para las 6am que debería haber hecho su ejercicio por el día, y un buen desayuno (mientras estira escuchar algo motivador como un buen discurso o presentación, hay millones en YouTube). Entonces usted comienza la rutina. Mientras que otro duerme, usted muele. Es la única manera. (si fuera fácil todo el mundo lo estaría haciendo).

You want the Worm?
Set your alarm for 5am everyday even weekends. on the alarm write "I am grateful for the opportunity of a new day" then say t out loud, get up and go outside do some exercise. By 6am you should have done your exercise for the day, stretching and a good breakfast (while you stretch listen to something motivating like a good speech or presentation, there are millions on YouTube). Then you start the grind. while other sleep, you grind. its the only way. (if it were easy everyone would be doing it).
